**We are now Closed Sundays for drop off/pickup. We will have Boarding Staff on-site Sunday, but the clinic will NOT BE OPEN for pet drop off/pickup.**

Please make sure you have scheduled your pet’s stay with us before filling out this form. We require a 75% deposit for first-time boarders. Please note, prices can change without notice.

We provide the utmost comfort and security to your loved ones. With pick-up time before noon (12 pm), there’s no rush to wake up early to avoid extra charges.

Please be advised that the charges below are per pet:

Dogs

• Day Boarding: $30 (Any kennel size)

• $34* per day for single size kennel (3’x6′)

• $36* per day for double size kennel (3.5′ x6)

• $39* per day for queen size kennel (4′ x6)

• $41* per day for king size kennel (6’x6′)

• Additional $12* per day for Dog with Medication

• $55* per day for a dog with medication administered by technician ( Any Kennel Size) Ex. Injections

All medication MUST be in the original package with the prescription label on it *

Cats

• Day Boarding: $25

• $29* per day for reg. size kennel (27″x27″x44″ with 2 ledges)

• $34* per day for large size kennel (70″x30″x44″ with 2 ledges)

• $37* per day for XL window size kennel (5.5’x6′ with ledges and a window)

• Additional $12* per day for cat with Medication

• $48* per day for cat with medication administered by technician ( Any Kennel Size) Ex. Injections

• All dogs get let out 4 times a day ( weather pending for amount of time)

• Your pet must be up to date on Vaccinations: (Dogs: DAAPP, Rabies and Bordetella Cat: Rabies and FVRCP)

• We are NO LONGER excepting personal Toys, Blankets, Beds or Bones

At Beattie Animal Hospital we will do our best to make your pet’s stay a positive experience. We supply all of the dishes and bedding. Sending along treats will greatly help us in rewarding your fur family during their stay.
