Rumor has it Jen is half-machine, half-woman, but all-friend. Her technician mastery is outshone only by her ability to weather Dr. Lima's antics and jokes with a hearty chuckle. She's the one who keeps the team grounded and the clinic afloat as not only head technician but also our hospital manager.  There isn’t a task she can’t master, except the Excel program which is her arch nemesis otherwise Jen is the lady who has all the answers!

Aside from being a fearless leader in the clinic, Jen is also a devoted family woman. She is a proud mother to 3 boys to whom her and her husband travel across the nation in support of hockey tournaments, lacrosse matches and family affairs. She is an equine enthusiast proudly raising her herd of 9 Shires on her family farm. Her collection of pets is not limited to just large ones, but rather she shares her home with two energetic dogs name Clementine and Shirley and three loving kitties, Fiona, Meep and Lorraine. She will not however, ever ever EVER own any feathered creatures. Much too high a risk for being pecked at.
