Let’s just say, if Jessica was the captain of the Titanic, it never would have sank! In fact, Jessica is considered our front lobby and reception captain as she navigates the busy phone lines, appointment bookings and steers us away from any theoretical icebergs that pop up through the day. She has the skills, experience and foresight to keep our days running smoothly and ensure that all patient and client requests are tended to.  And she does it all without breaking a sweat or having a hair out of place!

Many clients have come to know Jessica’s voice over the phone as a patient and compassionate reassures during times of stress or worry. Knowing that each phone call is attached to someone’s special family member, Jessica takes her time to listen to all concerns and is always thorough in making sure she answers any questions callers may have. Not only is she an excellent listener but you can be rest assured, if something is left with Jessica, it will be completed with excellence, precision and care.

At the end of the day, Jessica hangs up her reception captain’s hat, and switches out for mom mode to both human child as well as dog mom to her sweet shepherd cross named Scarlet.
