Meet Julia, our clinics Master of Zen! Julia is the very definition of the word “Zen” which is an incredible asset in the often chaotic world of Veterinary Medicine. While chaos may be ensuing during an emergency or the air filled with barks, meows and Dr. Lima’s singing, Julia navigates through all of the chaos like a ship calming passing through a tumultuous sea. 

But don't mistake her zen for indifference; Julia’s heart beats faster than a Chihuahua's tail wag when there's a cute animal in sight. The sight of a fluffy kitten or a floppy-eared puppy is enough to make her silly side shine and soak up all the puppy/ kitty love. 

When she’s not at work, Julia’s battery recharge comes in the form of spending time with her family and friends , tubing down the river in the summer time and letting her creative juices flow through painting. A fun fact about Julia is that she lives on her families chicken farm! It’s no wonder she is able to block out all the “clucking and crowing noise” of the clinic – she’s had years of practice working with hundreds of chickens!
