Another long standing member of our clinic is Melissa, one of the friendly faces you will see at the front desk or speak with on the phone. Melissa’s voice on the phone will instantly make you smile as she greets everyone with a positive attitude and a genuine optimism.  She is at the ready to jump in an help our families book their appointments to be seen by their favorite veterinarian. When you’ve dedicated your career to customer care over a decade and a half, there isn't a situation Melissa can’t help with.  She’s backed with years of experience and well versed in everything to do with her reception duties. 

When Melissa heads home for the evening, she braces herself for her own little Tasmanian devil awaiting her return; her cat Mortimer who she is pretty sure is half demon, half adorable cat. No fingers or toes are safe when Mortimer is around! Melissa is also quite the traveler and enjoys exploring various countries with her family, eager to share her tales of adventure with her fellow coworkers upon her return.
